Dear Function leaders,
Due to we raised the issue to the Global regarding density in some floors. And the Global had arranged architecture company to do have site visited and observed the problems to overall office.
In additional, recently WATCH required to consolidate and update server room, I have also request to Global to consider renovate WATCH as well.
So we would like to take this opportunity to let the architecture company to come in and do over all office (all floors) space planning into the whole master plan for long term (which incl. Focus Group Rooms as well) may be phases by phases then will depend on how much money that we will be approved but at least we can do something that in critical situation and need to be done quite soon.
I would like all of function leaders to send me ONLY ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT (MUST have but NOT GOOD TO HAVE) from your team that should have in their working space.
E.g. CR DA (Field) –
Need total …. Seats (for only staff whom need to work on PC)
Briefing tables (with chairs)………. Units (for brief work and handover work)
Space for temporary placing test product / Storage / Questionnaire
