Reference is made to the technical problem.
We would like to inform you that our Company had the technical problem regarding e-mail receiving. During July 2013 to January 2014, we did not receive any e-mail from our contacted company in Hong Kong, which has its domain name: sti@chengcpa.com.hk. This caused us the late reply and as a consequence, we have to pay a compensation regarding such matter. Attached hereto, please find the conversation’s details between the Hong Kong company and us for your consideration.
Therefore, we would like “ipage” to investigate such problem during the said period and please kindly report us the information that we can use to affirm such problem with our contacted company in Hong Kong. Prior to this, our technician staff have already asked for the help via “Ticket Help Center”. However, we received the denial.
