PURPOSE
To outline BOUNCE Inc.’s procedure when handling and managing lost property.
OBLIGATION
BOUNCE Inc. is not obligated to maintain any particular system for lost property and takes no responsibility for items that may be left in the facility by customers. However mindful of good customer service, BOUNCE has put in place a procedure to allow customers the opportunity to follow up items where possible in a timely manner.
LOST PROPERTY DEFINITION
Lost Property – Lost property refers to items, including cash and other valuables that have been reported as lost at Bounce Inc.
Found Property - Found property refers to items, including cash and other valuables that have been found at Bounce Inc.
Items will be classified into 2 categories:
Valuable Items – Wallets, Phones, IPods, Money, Jewellery, Go Pro’s etc
Clothing - All items of clothing including shoes and hats
