1) STANDARD ROOM ---
This category usually means the most
basic room type offered by the hotel.
It has basic, standard amenities and
furnishings. A standard room in a Four Seasons.
2) SUPERIOR ROOM --- This category
is always subject to interpretation. It's supposed to mean superior to a standard room in both size and furnishings, but it often refers to just the view.
3) DELUXE ROOM --- These rooms are supposed to be Deluxe in every way: View, location, furnishings and size. In some Caribbean hotels, however, a deluxe room is a lower category than a Superior, so it's wise to question your choice before final booking.
4) JUNIOR SUITE ROOM --- A "junior" suite is typically a larger room with a separate seating area. Sometimes it's got a small divider between the part of the room that the bed is in and the seating area, but it is not two separate rooms.
5) TRIPLE / TRIAD ROOM --- Room with three single bed separated with each other and is meant for three people.
6) SUITE ROOM --- A combination on or more bedroom & a parlor. It may also contain a bar & small kitchen.
7) DUPLEX ROOM --- This type of suite
room has two rooms on two successive
floors with generally sitting or living room
on down floor and bed room on upper floor.
8) SINGLE ROOM --- This is the room which provides single occupancy. This room only has single bed.

DOUBLE ROOM --- This is the room which provides double occupancy. This room have double bed.
10) TWIN ROOM --- This is the room which provides double occupancy. These rooms have 2 single separates beds.
11) INTERCONNECTED ROOM --- Two rooms adjacent to each other having an interconnecting door. The interconnecting door can be locked to discontinue its use. Generally preferred by families.
12) LANAI ROOM --- It is a type of room normally found on hill resort and overlooks a view of Waterfall Lake or a garden form the balcony of the room.
