Currently, dtc channel we have..
o For BC we have Hokkaido trip for BC ka (End this month ka)- shall we launch new campaign ka? actually, we just adjusted mechanics to accelerate revenue in last month. Plan to re-communicate in every week ka. – let’s recommunicate this and urge ka. Would be ideal if we can tell them what’s needed now to win the trip and may add pocket money to those who have achieved. – We will re-emphasize with monitoring file- say how much (of topping..) they need to do in order to win the trip
o For Investor, we have extra 3 campaigns and annual trip (monthly 100,000/ quarterly 300,000 / yearly 1,000,000 /yearly investor trip) – let’s recommunicate…possible to count or give extra bonus for Apr performance ka? - We thinking to add selling of topping performance to big campaign (300,000) and re-communicate on these extra ka.
o For staff, we have cash reward campaign (for gross add and revenue) – existing or new campaigns ka? – this is existing ka. We will recommunicate that new topping gonna help them to achieve campaign easier.
