We have made a small change
Jetstar is committed to providing you with an enjoyable and hassle-free flight experience, yet it is sometimes unavoidable that a flight faces a potential delay or cancellation on the day you’re due to travel. In such circumstances we are committed to minimising the impact a potential delay or cancellation can cause so we’ve made a small change to our confirmed delay time and updated the Jetstar Customer Guarantee.
We have changed our confirmed delay time in Section 5 from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, so we don’t notify you unnecessarily of a potential flight delay that can be brought back on to schedule or does not eventuate.
