This Order is subject to the RB Standard Terms and Conditions of Purchase (accessible at http://www.rb.com/TCs‐RB‐Purchase‐Goods‐Services) to the exclusion of
all other terms and conditions including, without limit, those that appear on order acknowledgements, invoices, delivery notes or any other documentation issued
by the supplier. RB does not agree to be bound by any other terms and conditions including, without limit, under any course of dealing
