At eight weeks, 70% (n = 7) of the women who worked full- or part-time were able to return to work at baseline levels, which is consistent with other reports (Serletti & Moran, 1997; Vancouver Coastal Health, 2007). Some women reported that they felt fine at eight weeks but were overwhelmed once they returned to full-time work. Three of the five patients who did not work outside of the home and the one disabled patient reported continuing limitations at four and eight weeks.
