Table 5: DTDP- defining criteria draws from the findings of in-depth expert interviews, field observations and project documentation to compare the extent to which DTDP’s organizational form, governance and implementation mechanisms fit with the theoretical framework for SEs proposed by EMES (Table 1: EMES criteria for the 'Ideal-type’ of SE).
With the exception of the indicator requiring ‘Minimum amount of paid work’, the analysis indicates close congruence between DTDP’s institutional framework/business model and the EMES economic/entrepreneurial and social criteria.
