Smooth and efficient in running a front desk. The receptionist needs to be able to perform a lot of duties, answering and transferring calls, keeping an eye on who comes and goes at the same time an eye on the reception area and meeting rooms. Receptionists have to ensure that the appointments and room reservations are well maintained and coordinated.

• Gender: Female
• Age: 20 - 27 years old
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations or related field.
• Experience: Experience 0 - 1 year experience in reception, call center or customer service
• Skill: Mature with sense of urgency and tactful in handling difficult situations
• Computer literate i.e. MS Office, Internet, E-mail
• Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills with the ability to take up roles and responsibilities on a pro-active basis.
• Language: Good command in English and overall communication.
