Business Analysis
Responsibility:
Responsibility for ensuring the integrity, security, effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of services related to the HRMS.
Develop or possess expert-level user knowledge of SAP HR Module related to the Human Resources process.
Acting as consultant to field management and end-users during implementation roll-out.
Attend interviews / workshops sessions and provide required information
Work other with consultant team, project team and other members to ensure optimum process integration and commonality across the project
Escalate unresolved issues to business process owners and related parties to the resolution of business issues identified by consultant project team
Qualification:
Min. Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related filed
Min. 1 year experience in SAP HR implementation is a must.
Good interpersonal skill, innovative, analytical and positive attitude
Perform customized program testing
Good command of both written and oral in English
