Six kinds of soymilk existed in Blanched Soymilk Group A. The six kinds of soymilk were prepared under blanching temperatures of 20, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90 °C, respectively. In experiment A, the precipitation rates of the six kinds of soymilks in the Blanched Soymilk Group A were calculated, and the relationship between precipitation rates and blanching temperature is shown in Fig. 1. Likewise, the relationship between precipitation rates and blanching temperatures in the Blanched Soymilk Group B are also shown in Fig. 1.
