In your feedback to class, provide a descriptive feedback by identifying (based on your experience) what the learner might have missed (or the ones you have reviewed) with competing their task.
Like:
the learner should break information down into understandable components
it should contain the necessary foundational knowledge to support their application, and why. (What was missing?)?
Indicate to them what might be missing (or what was missing), or what you liked about their strategies, concepts, principles and theories in new situations
Indicate what they should have explored further (or didn?t seem to have explored) in the assigned resources, to have a better understand the foundational knowledge to support their application.?
Note: This type feedback to the class can be generated and given upon the learner submitting task 1. The instructor should have a good idea of what problems a learner might encounter. Or they can wait until they have reviewed a number of submissions; edit the generic feedback to reflect what feedback you now want to provide this learner.
