• Responsible HRM, HRD function (Recruitment process, Training, Payroll, Performance Evaluation and Employee Relations or other jobs as assigned).
Process of employment contracts, orientation, warning issues, employee activities.
• Working closely with Manager in relation to the policies of Human Resource and General Affairs.
• Monitoring of General HR & GA services.
• Supporting the Manager with all HR and GA tasks and ad-hoc requests.
• Overseeing day to day running of the HR & GA tasks.
• Maintain KPIs and General Affairs Targets are achieved.
• Monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to GA Manager.
• Coordinate with government agencies related.
