Our warehouses are having good temperature and complying with standards how it should be kept. However, my concern now is that during transportation/deliveries we take the items out of the warehouse by our vans, and due to the hot season now the temperature outside is quite high, so in order for us to know whether we should do something inside the van (for example place a chiller or transportable AC).
Kindly let me know what is the highest temperature the juice could be kept in the van and for how many hours, to ensure that juices’ quality is not damaged.
