The process to restore is as follows:
Ensure that all users are logged out of Analyst
In Windows explorer, navigate to the \Seiasjb1epin directory
Re-name the existing file from UGR.tab to UGR.old
Copy the backup UGR.TAB or UGR.bak into the \Seiasjb1epin directory
If the backup file is called UGR.bak, rename it to UGR.TAB
Log in to Analyst and test.
