| Toni Kroos opts against Manchester United transfer despite Bayern Munich unrest |
The Germany playmaker has been heavily-linked with a move to Old Trafford this month after United boss David Moyes travelled to Germany to personally run the rule over the 24-year-old.
Speculation was heightened on Wednesday night when Kroos reacted badly to being substituted in Bayern’s win at Stuttgart with reports suggesting the midfielder favoured a move to United over a contract extension at the Allianz Arena.
However, the Daily Star claims Kroos has decided now is not the right time to quit the European champions and has told his agent Sascha Breese he will reassess his options after this summer’s World Cup finals.
United have accepted their £25million interest in the player must be shelved until the summer.
