ABB agrees to carry out on the System Power Care Customer Service Agreement (the ‘Services’) as described in the sections C, D, E, F and G as set forth in the Power Care Customer Service Agreement hereto, subject to the provisions appearing in this Agreement, including the Appendices. The Owner may with reasonable notice request a change in the Services provided under the Power Care Customer Service Agreement. ABB will take steps to meet this request at the earliest possible date.
ABB shall conduct scheduled periodic on-line diagnostic inspections, which both Parties shall mutually agree to, and ABB shall carry out each time a regular preventive maintenance routine.
