LGI always request best quality cargo to Witcorp.
Though it was after plant T/A, LS Nikko tried to load better quality to your side.
But most of all, this case turbidity 52 NTU can’t be investigated as an off-spec case,
fyr. there are no spec of turbidity in manufacturer’s COA
Currently our HQ’s trying to make the system not to let this case happen again, also find the cause when contamination case happens.
About stating how many sample has been submitted on board, LS Nikko, LGI and Surveyor are under discussion.
We’ll notice shortly after completion of the discussion and try to represent it from next shipment.
In case of spec in the contract, stating turbidity is hard to be accepted for supplier side.
But we’ll persuade to attach the manufacturer’s standard spec (current COA) at least.
