NOTE: our shipment PO# 1603F has been detained by CFIA for full inspection (drugs, labels, sensory evaluation). According to the CFIA inspector, they informed us that one of your shipments from G&L has failed for sensory evaluation in Oct 2016 (2 months ago).
Did G&L report this incident to your company as your shipments are now on the CFIA MIL (Mandatory Inspection List)? What this means is that every shipment being imported into Canada must be detained and inspected before it can be released and sold in Canada. If they did not report this to you, then we find this very strange.
We were not informed of this situation 2 months ago as we have 2 more containers arriving into Canada which will also be detained and inspected by the CFIA.
Thank you
