2) The contract termination indemnity (6 weeks of current salary) and compensation (15 calendar days of current salary) addressed in the letter of contract termination are unfair. The urgent termination causes unavoidable impacts with loss of opportunity for me to do proper and adequate plan for my career path and also obliges me to waive my eligibility for 25-day annual leave. I would like to call for proper compensation to this case as full salary of each unexpired month of the contract plus interests, upon the applicable laws, if in case of further delay.
Please be noted that for the sake of dispute resettlement with self-redressing, I have been trying to communicate with relevant authorities-in-charge through emails with calling for prompt actions taken by the date of 5th August 2015, but until now there is nothing in response. The delay of responding process repeatedly harms my mental well-being as my life and retreat are suspended after the undergoing with negative treatment in work place. Therefore your prompt responds and actions regarding above requests would be very appreciate.
