These are large cells with a basophile nucleus
(germinating center) with a half-moon shape. Its movement from
the center toward the periphery is an indicator of its maturity. At this
stage, the cells were filled with lipid droplets and homogenous vitellus
eosinophil globules with a half-moon diameter, which accumulate
in the oocyte cytoplasm during the maturation phase: oocytes in
secondary mature vitellogenesis
