RESPONSIBILITIES :
• To manager customer requirement and support as a service in customer account
• Achieve revenue and contribution targets for the allocated sectors.
• Support implement project as customer requirement
• Work closely with technical team in addressing and analyzing customer requirements, as well as coordinate testing activities.
• Work closely with customer service team to track progress of orders and deliverables.
• Monitor sales performance, daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Provide regular, bi-monthly update on sales and deliverables.
• Coordinate with senior management in defining budgetary requirements and forecasts.
