A. Test of the First Hypothesis HO: There is no significant relationship between conflict management strategies and employees’ performance in Julius Berger Nigeria Plc. Bonny Island. To analyze this hypothesis, a response to the questionnaire was used. The test statistics is the t-test of a single independent mean. The overall mean response of the statements was tested against the expected mean of 2.50 which is the mean response that would be obtained if conflict management strategies did not have any significant effect on employees’ performance.
