C. The basic pattern of Grid-based Resources Integration
System of Urban Logistics
In accordance with ideas of urban logistics resources
integration system, systems can be divided into three levels
of management which are "Reception Center - Control
Center - Resources Management Agencies".
The basic idea is designating a city to establish a unified
department which accept and hear a case, and then sending
the message to the sectors of task decomposition, and finally
distributing to the various resources handle sectors.
Reception center is responsible for the admissibility of
requirements and submit; control center distribute the
demand information receiving from reception center to the
corresponding resources management agencies according to
certain rules; resources management institutions functional
departments which are built up based on different resources,
which are responsible for the management of the
corresponding resources and coordination of the use of
resources according to the deployment of tasks which come
from control center. In addition, we should set the system
monitoring departments and policy departments to monitor
the process of system services, and adjust related events or
strategies.
D. Information Structure of Grid-Based Resources
Integration System of Urban Logistics
Grid-based Resources Integration System of Urban
Logistics seems the flow of information as the core.
Information plays a vital role in quick and easy integration.
The kind of information involved is more. We need to
analyze required for induction of various types of supporting
information in their various phases, thus provide a basis for
information sharing and resources scheduling to ensure
smooth operation of the grid of urban logistics resources
integration system.
Specifically, the logistics network grid system and
information structure can be divided into platform of demand
for the admissibility, grid service platform, a comprehensive
information platform for the grid [7]. The entire system
provides standard procedures for the relevant user, the basic
information structure shown in Fig.2.
