Guide Kris has informed me that he was at hotel on time for pick up clients and also checked with the reception, reception informed that clients was in dining room to having breakfast. Then guide Kris still waited clients at the lobby until 07.15hrs. He called to driver and driver told him that he already picked-up clients and drove out from the hotel, he is almost to get the express way and he told guide Kris to take a taxi by himself to go to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and then driver will pay taxi cost for him.
Moreover, guide Kris has informed me that once he talked with driver, driver told him that don’t worry about this issue due to he has knowledge about floating market as he go there many times, so he is able to handle it by himself.
Actually, this booking clients have booked service in private basis with guide, so it isn’t ok that drive left guide at the hotel and told guide like that.
Once clients reached at Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, they was asking for their guide and then they complain to guide Kris that why you don’t come to be my guide as I booked. Guide Kris also asked clients that why driver didn’t inform you that you have guide, then clients told guide Kris that driver didn’t inform them anything.
This booking will be affected to DOTW as surely especially with guide Kris due to clients will complain about this service as they didn’t get service as they expected.
One more thing, how driver will do for clients at Rose Garden? Normally, when clients reach at Rose Garden they will have lunch there and guide will sign in the coupon to guarantee that clients can have lunch. For this booking, no guide there with clients, it might have a problem there.
Therefore, kindly investigate this issue for us again in detail and advice driver name, phone number to us.
Honestly, we aren’t agree to pay for this booking as service wasn’t complete as it should be seem original booking.
