Hence the service, discount, or coupon that will be offered to the mobile phone user will be defined with better success, since vast amount of information within the cloud will be used and analyzed for this purpose. Better loyalty services will be offered to the users who have similar purchasing habits within the database. In this research, a new perspective on existing loyalty systems will be provided by taking advantage of cloud computing technology’s features (high scalability, mobility and high quality service). At the same time integration of NFC, SEs and cloud computing technologies will provide promising benefits.
