With reference to the e-mail stating your desire to cancel “Asian Disaster Reduction Expo 2014” event sent to Impact Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd. and requested Impact to use the paid amount of ……………………. baht as payment for service fee for organizing an event at Jupitor Function Rooms on November 5th, 2014 according to the details already known to you. Impact has considered your request and found that you failed to make payment for the second installment in the amount of ………………. baht until finally you cancel the event which is not caused by force majeure and is beyond the responsibility of Impact. Under clause 2.3 of the Service Agreement, you are obligated to pay an interest of 15% per year for the unpaid second installment of service fee which has been overdue since May 16th, 2014 until now calculated to be in the amount of …………................. baht. Moreover, under clause 4.1(4), you are obligated to pay a penalty at the rate of 50% of the total service fee which can be calculated to be in the amount of ………………… baht details already known to you.
Therefore, now that the Service Agreement is terminated, Impact would like to exercise its right to seize all the amount paid by you as part of compensation for damages and penalty from your cancelation as explained above. And by this letter, Impact request you to make payment for the outstanding amount of ………………. baht within ……………. days from the date of receipt of this letter. Failure to make the payment in due time, an interest of 15% shall be applied until the whole amount is completely paid.
Once the payment is completed, if you would like to organize the event at Jupitor Hall on November 5th, 2014, please sign the attached Contract Order Form and send it back to Impact within ……………….. After such time, Impact reserves the right to provide the service at such space to other customers.
