During online check in, the seat plan does not mirror that of the booking step. Shanghai experience: - printed boarding passes not permitted so must visit still visit check in counter. - no designated dedicated document check in counter, so had to queue - no separate boarding of Premium flat bed and hot seat boarding. Don Muang - complete chaos as passengers decided when to board, not staff. Only held back by an office chair in gangway. Therefore no priority boarding, again, made worse by when called, had to push past other passengers waiting in front wondering why. - after take off, it became a free-for-all for passenger to move uncontested from economy to premium flat bed. In conclusion, you do not delivery what you so proudly promise to be extra benefits of hot seat/premium flat bed. I await your comments.
