Two new daphnane diterpenoids, trig

Two new daphnane diterpenoids, trigoxyphins J and K (1 and 2), and one new friedelane triterpene derivative, 3-O-benzoylpluricostatic acid (3), together with thirteen known terpenoids (4–16) were isolated from Trigonostemon xyphophylloides (Croiz.) L.K. Dai and T.L. Wu. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. All compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against K562, SGC-7901, and BEL-7402 tumor cell lines, respectively.
