Job Description:
Coordinating with internal departments for serving all customer requirements.
Preparing necessary information and documents to customers as per their requests.
Following up processes to supply products to customers on time at the optimum cost.
Contacting customers regarding daily issues.
Ensuring transactional information and system entries are completed in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
Monitoring customer die loading in order to fulfill the forecast properly and informing the customer of any potential delay.
