, we used a dummy specimen of the same material with the same strain gauge.
The time period for creep test was kept constant at five hours,
followed by a recovery test of one hour. The load was applied by
using compressed steel weights. We considered three stress levels,
Stress Level 1: 2.36 MPa, Stress Level 2: 4.73 MPa and Stress Level 3:
7.09 MPa.
To investigate the effect of interfacial modification on the creep
property of the composites, we chose two composites (PE/20%SF/
MAPE and PE/20%SF) that were processed with and without
interfacial modification, respectively, to conduct the creep test
under Stress Level 2. The test lasted for three hours.
