Now,have many people have a problem with difficulty falling asleep. these symptoms are called insomnia, Which has many negative effects on your life. Insomnia is the most common sleep complaint.It occurs when you have trouble falling asleep to get a full night.And now I in this disease.I will try to sleep 10.00 p.m. but It always fail.I usually sleep at 2.00 a.m.,and I wake up early in the morning. although I wake up early but I fell very bad and feel sleepy . I would like solving the problem, and I search for the internet and have much research explain solutions about insomnia. Such as listening to soft music or read a book.In conclusion, in my opinion, listen to soft music. Which make me relax and solve problem about insomnia
