I am in the midst of discussion with SPV to narrow down the root cause for these problems.
However, at this moment, I would suggest Maxcrane to provide us some warranty forms for the slewing motors so that I can get factory to send some spare motor. Sorry, this is a protocol that we need warranty forms to send out any parts.
In doing so, this will reduce any possible crane downtime, when we are still working out on the reason behind the failures.
