1 1/2 large bunches of kale
2 cups cashews (soaked for at least 30 minutes, or overnight)
1/4 cup chia seeds (optional, soaked with cashews)
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 medium sized lemons, squeezed
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon garlic granules
2 teaspoons turmeric
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
