Optimum Accounting Services is a quality accounting firm certified by the Ministry of Commerce. We offer professional accounting services including accounting, bookkeeping, tax advisory, and more. We are accustomed and very experienced in providing accounting services to foreign invested companies in Thailand. Our office located in a centre of Bangkok business area, Abdulrahim Place, Silom.
Now we are looking for strong potential and high competency person to join us in the following positions.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full set of accounting and detail support Financial Statement, including of controlling in Account Receivable, Account Payable, Inventory and Fixed assets
• Conducting month end closing activities to deliver accurate results within timelines
• Provide accounting expertise, review monthly reconciliation and checking the reports
• Advise company and accounting team regarding accounting matter , Tax matter, and administering accordingly
• Assist Manager to manage and guide the accounting team as well as develop the accounting and financial reporting systems of clients.
• Coordinate with clients and third party such as external auditor, revenue department, etc.
• Must be organized and possess the ability to multi-tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications:
• Male / Female age 28 years above.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting field.
• At least 3 years experience in accounting field.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and Accounting software (especially Express program).
• Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC score of 550 and above is advantage).
• Leadership, strong analytical, management, planning and problem solving skills.
• Positive attitude, Pleasant personality, Energetic and Service minded.
