Colour measurement. Color measurement of dyed fabrics was done by recording the K/S value for dyed samples using Gretag Macbath Color eye 7000A using Color i control software based on D65 Illuminant and 100 observer.
The fastness to washing of the dyed fabrics was studied by recording the K/S values of samples before and after five laundering cycles.
Laundering was done using a standard method AATCC 124-1975 (under test No. IIA).
