Please Note:
· Turn around time – process time is within 48 hrs from time of receipt at intops
· Cut off time at intops: 3pm daily. All request received by or before 3pm will be treated and may be concluded same day
· Any concession or approval to effect transfer above the threshold should be sent to DGM, BOD
· To ensure receipt of SWIFT COPY, please use the correct email address spelling
· If there is a concession on the account, please indicate it when inputting on the Transfer Portal
