The VCA exercise threw-up many opportunities for improvement ranging from quick fixes to very long-term.
These opportunities were initially reflected in the ideal state.
The next step was to rationalize from the ideal state to an attainable future state and identify few key projects.
The criteria for choosing among the potential improvements were the immediacy of the action and the team’s ability to realize in medium-term. After qualitative discussions, and with the attributes of consumer value in mind, the team identified the following five projects to be implemented within a year
