this is to inform about the new FI - process for prepayments.
In order to reduce manual work in this process, we have developed a new concept which was realised one month ago.
The problem has been:
- incoming payment ia a combination of more than one requested prepayment and the raised invoices (for B&W) are related to several orders --> problem to allocate the payments to the invoices raised later for more than one order.
Please see below a short description of the new process. For details, please read the attached documentation.
Please have a look into it and decide for your company whether the new process will be helpful for you or not. It will be definitely the case if you have many customers with prepayment (e.g. Nahm).
In the K30 system all programs are available for tests. If any problems will arise (from the technical or understanding point of view, or due to missing/insufficient performance concerning legal requirements), please contact us by mail (maybe with screenshots of the problem).
