the study reveals a large hetereogenous hyperechoic mass which occupying atgallbladder fossa extending to segment of liver about 8.8x9.7 cm. this mass extension into dilated CBD(1.9cm.)and encasement vessels at portahepatis.after apply color Doppler shows internal vascularity.Diffuse intrahepatic bile duct dilatation is seen.No visuualized normal gallbladder is noted.Partail seen head of pancreas is noted.Normal echo of both kidneys are found.spleen appear normal.No ascites is shown.
suspected malignant gallbladder mass with extension to nearby segment 4 liver, CBD and encasement vessels at porta hepatis causing CBD obstruction.the DDx is liver mass with extension to gllbladder fossa and CBD.
please correlation with clinical ofpatient.
Further CT scan or MRCT is recommended.
