Hello,
I opened a support ticket about your network, it is over 80% failed and works sometimes at best.
It has been days and as usual your support stops responding to support requests, I can not run a server under these appalling conditions.
I want to remove the server from your failing network and place it in a network with more reliability.
I would continue to pay you for the server as per our 12 month agreement but want the costs for your network removed, and I will pay to another company to co locate the server.
What steps do we need to take in order for me to get the server out of your network?
