the stimulating effects on sunflower plant biomass accumulation are reduced compared with plants developed in the presence of SB1. The application of DDW on sunflowerplants determines an increase in biomass accumulation. Thebiomass accumulation results were expressed as % comparing withthe control sample. It was observed that in the presence of DDWroot biomass increase with 69.45% comparing with roots biomassregistered in the case of control sample. When DDW was appliedin the soil then stem, leaf, calathidia, seeds biomass increase with12.92%, 44.47%, 19.22%, 59.61% comparing with the values regis-tered in the presence of water (control sample). When the DDW isapplied in combination with SBPE, sunflower plant biomass accu-mulation was much higher than those registered for the controlsample. The stimulation percentages registered for each part of theplant are the following: 141.17% – root, 94.02% – stem, 95.09% –leaf, 40.39% – calathidia, 83.06% – seeds.
