Dear Khun Rose,
My response the first reply email:
As per Thailand law will calculate overtime from *Salary* divide *240* (come from *number of day within the month (30)* muliply *number of hour within the day (8)*)
not more than this rate. For INVISTA policy calculate overtime by *Salary* divide *176* (come from *number of actual day within the month (22)* muliply *number of hour within the day (8)*)
which divide rate less than provision the law. Therefore the company method can be apply accordingly.
My response the second reply email:
As per INVISTA policy have normal working hour 8.00 am -5.00 pm which apply same working hour for public holiday. Therefore employee have work done on 5th May 2015
since 8.30 am till 6.00 pm will calculate overtime hour as follow:
Overtime rate 1 = 8.30 am – 5.00 pm = 7.5 hours (deduct lunch break 1 hour)
Overtime rate 3 = 5.00 pm – 6.00 pm = 1.0 hour (exceed normal working hour)
