Responsible for sales Achievement & objectives per channel / customer in terms of total net sales and financial measurements
Manage the development of the “Channel Plan” for Modern Trade
Handle negotiations at a high level and has considerable discretion to negotiate terms
Manage the development of “Customer Plans” to be in line with the company objective and strategy
Support Key Account Team for trading terms negotiation with customers based on P&L analysis of each channels to ensure company profits
Develop good relationship with key customers to maintain the sound business relationship such as via regular meeting with customer top management, coordinating meetings
Lead & coordinate internally with other function concerns (e.g. Trade Marketing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounting) to ensure and unify the best customer management
Recommend the implementation of sales and / or marketing in order to initiate sales promotions activities
