The liability of the Underwriters u

The liability of the Underwriters under Class 1 in respect of each
accident or occurrence relating to an Insured Ship giving rise to one or
more claims under these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to USD
2,000,000 (two million United States dollars) or to such other sum as the
Underwriters may from time to time determine (the "Maximum Sum").
