Job Responsibilities:-
Achieve financial and volume budgets for new businesses as per field sales incentive scheme.
Proactively identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities of new account
Identify business needs of existing non transferred FS customers and offer sound proposal/ quotation to respective customers to secure business
Provide the management with market and customer insights and other periodic reporting to enable formulation of effective strategy
Maintain accurate/ updated customer profiles, pipeline, sales leads& sales activities (e.g. sales visit plans, sales visit report, quotation issuance) for assigned customers in CRM tool
Register responsible accounts with Sales Planning Team to enable performance tracking report
File customers complaints in Incident/claim system, consult with internal concerned parties, and find solutions for customers
File credit application for approvals and follow up on outstanding collection for respective customers in order to achieve target
Qualification:-
Bachelor’s degree or higher of Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales of Freight forwarding Business or Logistics business
Good knowledge in freight forwarding and customs regulations
Good command of English
Computer literacy
Customer service skill
Have driving license and own car
