The bodies outside the control limits are not separated by a defective or scrap. The ones their width is below LSL are expanded and the ones their width is above USL are narrowed by the operators with the help of a hammer. This new re-process is not registered. However, when the problem in the bodies cannot be solved, then it is left for scrap. However, if the problems in the body cannot be corrected by re-processing, it is left for scrap and registered. Scrap state of the bodies of 45cm for the last 7 months are given in the Table 4.
A large increase in the number of scrap realized in February. Although the decline occurred in May, an increase occurred in June. This proves that decline has not occurred because of the permanent reasons. Pareto analysis for the causes of scrap can be seen in Fig. 9.
