The facility ensures that the installation process of all elevators at the facility have been monitored and overseen by an electrical engineer or a mechanical engineer who holds a license to practice control engineering under the law on the engineering profession.

The facility ensures that the safety system of the elevator is inspected every month.
If the lift is under maintenance, repair, or test, there are signs displaying "Do not use the lift" posted to prohibit anyone except repairmen from using the lift.
The facility maintains an electrical system plan (แบบแปลนระบบไฟฟ้า) which contains all required information prescribed under the Ministerial Regulation No. 33/1992 (B.E. 2535) issued under the Building Control Act, including electrical circuit plan of every floor of buildings; electrical circuit plan showing buildings’ grounding system; single line diagram showing the installation of power transformers, control board, load center and electrical backup system; electrical wiring diagram and a diagram of Building Lightning System Protection.
