The experiments were done in polypropylene packaging closed in plastic bags. Table grape fruits were surface-disinfected and inoculated with B. cinerea as previously described and subsequently placed in above mentioned packaging. The antagonists were inoculated separately on YPDA pH 4.5 and incubated 48 h at 25 ºC. Thereafter, the plates were transferred into the polypropylene packaging (six plates per packaging) containing ten inoculated fruits and sealed on both sides and on the cover.
